Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy  All sales are final and items cannot be returned or refunded in case you suddenly change your mind. All packages are carefully packed with backing boards and  wraps to be as safe as possible. Once the item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling of it.  

However, on special cases that the item arrives damaged and is proven to be a neglect on my end, I will replace it with no additional charge to the buyer. Please contact me within 24 hours after receiving the item with photos of proof of damage. Please note that only print items can be replaced. Original artworks on the other hand, cannot be returned or replaced as they are one of a kind.

By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.  By placing an order at Jeni Bear X3, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.  Events outside Jeni Bear X3's control shall be considered force majeure.  

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.  Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.  

Please note that local charges such as custom taxes may occur and will be shouldered by the buyer once package reaches his/her country. Any additional expenses when the package reaches your country (custom and tax fees) are the responsibility of the customer.
